Dr. Genevieve Duncan Obuobi is an astute retail banker with experience spanning over twelve (12) years. An accomplished customer relationship management and SME consultant. Dr. Duncan Obuobi is also a well-sought-after leadership strategist and a personal development coach. She combines her extensive expertise in the aforementioned fields to positively impact the lives of women and the youth. She is passionate about the financial empowerment of women and a strong proponent of a shift in the mindset of the youth towards embracing entrepreneurship and leadership opportunities.
She is a certified Management Professional by Harvard USA, Cranfield UK, and CEIBS China. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss Business School, Zurich, and an EMBA from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. She loves to write and share knowledge through public speaking, books, and articles. She is the author of The Jigsaw Effect of Leaders and Diary of a Branch Manager.
Dr. Genevieve has more than 7 awards to her credit conferred on her, both locally and internationally for her commitment to empowering women, supporting the youth in entrepreneurship, banking, and finance, and sharing knowledge to impact women and the youth of Africa.
She is currently the Lead consultant at Tarragon Edge Limited. She is the president of the WISE Network International Ghana chapter, founder of the REKS Kids Leadership Club, Country Chair of Ladies in Business Magazine Global, and G100 Youth Enterprise and Leadership.
